::Do affections touch across time?

I cut my hair again. Maybe that wasn't the bast idea in the world...It kind of makes me look like a boy! I didn't mean for that to happen, the lady just took a little bit too much off.
My uncle might be going back to Iraq! He already went once when he lived here in Swansboro but when he moved, the people there haven't gone yet! We don't know for sure if they're going yet but everyone is pretty positive....
My dad wants to go to Goldsboro for a job but leave my step-mom and me here. Alone. Together. He knows that more often than not we're at each other's throats but he still wants to do it. His reasoning was that he'd be back for three or fours days a week, but still!
Maybe I'm being selfish.....?
I saw Krys again.She said she was going to come over again but didn't. That as a shocker. Not.
Don't know who she is? I'll give a breif history.
I met her in the 7th grade and hated her. She was always mean to me and she seriously thought I was a witch!!
We bonded over a cute boy we both liked. We got along better but things were far from perfect.
The boy we liked? She told me (a year or so later) that he had said he liked me but she didn't tell me because she wanted him. In ninth grade she supposedly had sex with my boyfriend (and made moves on him in front of me before, even though she knew I liked him!).
Why did I stand by her after all that? She tried to kill herself several times. I couldn't live with myself if something happened to her and I wasn't there to support her.
I suppose I'm weak. I wasn't able to walk away. Maybe it would have been better if we had stayed away from each other. She continueusly got me in trouble,had me break rules, and lied to everyone including me.
Don't get me wrong though! She did help me.
I changed so much! I became less shy, and I learned a lot about myself and others.
Maybe in another lifetime we'll get it right.....
