::Don't drink the water

My mom let me pratcice driving again this weekend. I didn't put us in the ditch but I did run us off the road a few times practicing small curves.
We won't even discuss my attempts at reversing. All I will say is some people got a really good show.
It was more along the lines of a comedy than a masterpiece.
I got the last two Yu Yu Hakusho dvds! I'm so excited! I owe my mom 3.75 now but it's very worth it. I probably will never again have the chance to get them that cheap again.
But I'm not obsessed!
My dad may be going to day shift soon. If he does, it's cool because he really wants this. I'll even be able to see him more. The only downside is, is that I'll lose a lot of the freedom I'm used to having.
Since my parents both work nightshift, I'm home alone from 9:30pm to 8:00am. I'm just used to staying alone and doing whatever I want at night.
In Spanish I had to stand on top of a chair in front of the class to reach the front of the board. It didn't help that I had a deathgrip on the ledge when I got up there.
I hate heights and even that distance is enough to make me flinch. I don't freak out but I hate having people around. I'm convinced I'll fall if they get too close. (Paronia kicking in I suppose)
This morning in Algebra II people were talking so the teacher told us to 'come over here'. I asked if he meant the dark side and that started a whole thing about cults. He told us the first meeting was in the desert tomorrow because everyone loves the desert. We have to pay our own way too. Perk of the cult. I told him sure but I'm not drinking the kool-aid.
Later (after we finally got on with the lesson) he asked if anyone knew that the discriminant of the problem was. Someone in the back said that it was the black part.
Everyone started laughing (we were all thinking somehwere along those lines. I myself was thinking southeners) and the teacher said that only he could get away with saying that in here (since the kid's black).
Even if math is boring, the class itself isn't. It's really a great way the start the day.
